Hoi An is socially isolated 1

Quang Nam leaders issued a decision on social isolation according to Directive 16 throughout Hoi An city, from 0:00 on July 31 to August 14.

Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Tran Van Tan signed the decision on the morning of July 30.

Hoi An City set up a fence to block the entrance to the neighborhood where `patient 428` resides, on the morning of July 30.

The government requires people who leave home to wear masks and wash their hands with soap or antiseptic solution;

In Hoi An, there is currently `patient 428`, residing in Minh An ward (this case was announced positive in Da Nang) and 11 F1 cases.

On the evening of July 29, the Ministry of Health announced an urgent search for people who had been to 28 locations, including 3 addresses in Hoi An including: Banh Mi Phuong, 2B Phan Chu Trinh, Cam Chau (afternoon of July 14);

On the same day, Quang Nam requested restaurants, eateries, beer bars, coffee shops, refreshments, beaches… in Dai Loc district and Dien Ban town to close from 0:00 on July 31 to August 14.

Restaurant and beverage shop owners are allowed to sell goods to customers to take home or use direct home delivery services.

Quang Nam health officials determined that there are 616 cases in the area related to three quarantined hospitals in Da Nang;

As of this morning, July 30, Vietnam recorded 9 more cases of nCoV infection, including 8 people in Da Nang and one in Hanoi, bringing the total number of infections to 43 in six days.
